Our mission
To help driven construction professionals achieve more. By equipping tradespeople with the support they need to become licensed, we raise the value of our local communities, build a workforce ready for unpredictable storms, and take unlicensed work out of the industry.
Why we do it
The demand for trade license holders grows every day, and the storms that hit this coast make it worse every season. We spend our time on the people who want to do more: tradespeople, professionals and contractors who have the skill and are missing the paperwork. Helping them get licensed is the fastest way we know to raise the quality of the work being done in our own communities.

Justin Jones
Co-founder and CEO
Justin is a Florida native, raised in Dunedin, and a US Marine Corps veteran. He served from 2000 to 2005 with an Amphibious Assault Battalion, including service in Afghanistan during Operations Iraqi Freedom I and II.
He has been a licensed General Contractor for nearly twenty years and has since added the major trade licenses, providing in house services to realtors, property managers and homeowners. He built a division specializing in after the fact permits, home repairs, pre listing pay at close repairs, and land and marine rubber epoxy work.
He has developed more than twenty properties of his own, some of which were featured on the HGTV show Busted Cribs, and has founded and sold several companies after putting a solid foundation under them.

Stephanee Huynh
Co-founder and COO
Stephanee was born and raised in California and moved to Florida in 2015. She spent ten years in commercial banking and SBA lending across business development, loan processing and client engagement, then moved into construction.
She now has sixteen years in luxury residential, commercial, private and public sector construction, including roles at AD Morgan Corporation and Countryside Glass and Mirrors. Her experience runs from project coordinator and superintendent through project manager, covering AIA G702 and G703 pay applications, lien waivers, subcontractor management, proposals, contract negotiation, collections and after the fact permits.
