Privacy policy.

Verified Experience, VE Inc. of Florida. Last updated August 20, 2026.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you send us a note through the contact form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, mobile number, what you are looking for, where you stand right now, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you fill in the licensing roadmap we also collect the answers you give there.

We collect some technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you arrived from, and any advertising parameters in the link you clicked.

Why we collect it

  • To answer you.
  • To work out what the state is likely to count as qualifying experience in your case.
  • To follow up about the program, by phone, email, and by text if you consented.
  • To measure which ads bring people we can actually help, so we spend less on ads that do not.

Text messages

Submitting the contact form is consent to be texted about that enquiry, and the form says so directly above the button. That consent covers messages about the enquiry you sent us. It is not consent to marketing blasts, and we keep those lists separate. Full detail, including how to stop, is in our SMS terms.

Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our follow up work possible, and only so they can do that work for us:

  • Our CRM and messaging provider, which stores your record and sends confirmations, reminders and any texts you consented to.
  • Meta, meaning Facebook and Instagram, for advertising measurement. When you submit a form we send Meta a scrambled, one way version of your email address and mobile number so it can tell that someone who clicked an ad got in touch. Meta receives the scrambled values, not your email address or phone number in readable form.
  • Our website and video hosting providers, which serve these pages.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta advertising pixel and stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember which ad or page you arrived from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The forms still work if you do.

How we protect your information

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and your submission travels over an encrypted connection directly into our customer relationship management system rather than by email. Access to that system is limited to the people who need it, each with an individual account, and accounts are removed when they are no longer needed.

No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your record for as long as we are in contact with you about getting licensed, and after that for as long as we need it for our records or the law requires.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
  • Email stephanee@4ptpunchlist.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
